SFA refers to a tools that record all of the events that occur during the sales process. CRM includes SFA in its core, but also integrates marketing and lead generation. BI utilizes the data yielded from CRM, SFA & other sources as a basis to make internal assessments, strategic decision-making, & asset mgmt. |
